Yesterday, Tuesday 12 November 2013, senior citizens were very unhappy with Pick 'n Pay Faerie Glen Hypermarket, because they were told previously by Pick 'n Pay information / client service personnel that they will get a free breakfast and coffee at the Wimpy in the hypermarket. However, yesterday when they got there, the Wimpy management didn't know anything about it. Furthermore, the usual tea, cake and sandwiches were also not available. The Pick 'n Pay personnel was also very rude towards the senior citizens, when they enquired about the breakfast. What is even much worse, is what happened later that day. One of the senior citizens went back to Pick 'n Pay Faerie Glen Hypermarket to do her shopping. When she asked employee Josephine why some senior citizens receive more than one pensioner discount books (the previous Sunday Josephine gave TWO pensioner discount coupon books to a lady and just 20 minutes previous to another lady two as well), Josephine was EXTREMELY rude towards her and told her that she is just difficult and that she must "tsamaya." Josephine also waved her hands in a threatening way towards the senior citizen. Employees are on a regular basis rude.
