Customer service is really bad

Can anybody from online shopping please call me back.

Louie from Durban was supposed to get back to me about 4 hours ago and he never did.

I am trying to order stock online which I know is in the store and cannot find it online.

Louie was going to contact the Woodmead Hyper and get back to me either way and he never did.

I am still waiting for his call and I do not know how to contact him.

Also why have you made your delivery prices so expensive?

If you want the R60 rate you have to wait 2 or 3 days for delivery.

Woolworths charges R50 for delivery in 1 day.
