I bought a bedroom suite (havanna sleigh bed) 3 weeks ago and to date have not received the goods. 5days after the transaction was done I received a call from the warehouse advising that I was going to receive the goods. The day that delivery was supposed to happened I called the warehouse to find out what time they were going to deliver. Monica from Boksburg warehouse called me back advising that the unit they had was broken and that was not going to receive the goods that day. Later that day I went to the branch and spoke to the branch manager (Willie) who by the way was going to call me but did not get the chance to because he was busy, said that I'd get the unit by the 25th of June and proceeded to show me a list of people who were also waiting for the same unit. Over and above all this the sale s person who I initially dealt with did not call me once to let me know what was happening. The sales persons name is Jackson. Jackson knows that this is not the first time I've been given bad service by himself. The last time I spent R 15000 of my hard earned cash with this transaction I`'ve spent R 19800
