Angry with different stories with Truworths

I phoned truworths head office and spoke to a girl about my customer request 10202134 for a shoe which was placed on the 5/06/2013 which she said it was charged to my account and they found the shoe which will be in the store by today so I went over to the mall to go check which the store manager at truworths phoned head office and was informed by Cassie the shoe is not charged to my account and that they didn't't get any shoe for me. I then phoned head office again and spoke to Uzair who provided me with the same story Cassie gave the store manager. Afterwards a girl from head office phoned me to ask if I am still interested in the shoe as she will re-order the request i will be charged then which i told her I have no credit at the moment and she then asked me when will I be making a payment so they can deduct it from my account... really this is not my problem as they inconvenienced me and is very irritated at this point as I needed the shoe by this weekend. I request a look into this and want this matter sorted and I don't want any stories about my account as I am the customer.
