YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

Hi

You seriously have a problem with your staff and their attitudes at this specific store, if your cashiers do not want to work with ppl LET THEM WORK IN THE BACK OF THE STORE and then your managers stand at the exit and smile and thank the customers for spending money at this circus seriously??? I know there are 2 ladies who work there i think their twins I know one's name is Melanie? Rather let people like them deal with your customers because cashiers like Nelly WHO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS SUCH PUNISHMENT TO WORK FOR A SALARY really leaves a bitter taste in your mouth AND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE TILLS YOU CAN SEE THE STORE FULL YET YOU HAVE 4 OPEN TILLS???

i rather now go to PNP in Greenstone to get my stuff and believe me word of mouth is a killer for business... However one complains about your rude staff and phones your store but it seems nothing happens so clearly this attitude problem received by cashiers like Nelly stems from management?

Dont phone me or anything as I know it wont fix your problem like I said move the rude ppl to tha back but then there wont be anyone in the front of the store to work?
Just asking...
