Teller 12, /-18:00. There was an issue with the till, which I understand, things run out of paper. I was prepared to wait anyway, and I was doing so patiently. Then I was asked to leave the queue, which I was not too thrilled about. Not 5 seconds later, they ask people who were behind me to come back and start helping them. That is absolutely pitiful and considering that I was prepared to wait, the least the teller could do was ask me to come back. The second teller who helped me (13) was very friendly and helpful, plus she didn't treat me like filth.
