Ordered a new lounge suite on Saturday, was told by sales staff that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, but someone would contact me. Today (Monday) i received a call from their service department, to say the lounge suite is in production at the factory, and will be ready in 3 weeks, then a further 3-4 days delivery to Johannesburg.
Was very happy to receive the call, and let me know exactly what is happening.
I recently ordered another piece of furniture from another group, and service was disgusting, had to call them all the time to find out when it would be delivered.
