I have just received the most appalling service from Coricraft!!!
I placed an order on 20th July, and was advised that I can expect my order within 4 - 6 weeks. Only to be told yesterday, when I called the call centre, that they have no fabric and that they haven't even begun to process my order as yet!! This is due to the fact that the fabric I ordered has been discontinued, but at the time of order Dwain @ The Glen branch assured me that they had enough to make up my order. When I called Dwain this morning to find out what is going on - after the call centre operator failed to return my call after promising to call me back yesterday - he advised that "Oh sorry I have been meaning to call you" I was told I would get free delivery of a lounge suite of a colour I DO NOT WANT, and had made it clear to Dwain on the very first meeting with him!! I am disgusted in this customer service and advise anybody who is thinking of purchasing Coricraft furniture against it!!! You will most likely not receive what you ordered and get horrific service!!
