We bought a lounge suit on 23 November 2012 from Coricraft Kolonnade. They were out of stock and said the order book is closing today so if we pay in full we'll still receive the lounge before Christmas, so we did pay in full. After enquiring, long storey short, we received a loan lounge on 24 December 2012 by the factory and promised we'll received our lounge by the end of January 2013. For the last two weeks we did all the enquiries from our side and only received promises always the following day. Management did nothing it's only the sales lady Sharon Moutou that speaks to us and still no delivery date. The order number j04301. It is more that 3 months now and are fed up for this bad/no service. Never again. Hopefully the lounge suit is not as bad as the service.
