We purchased a lounge suite and Plasma TV unit in August this year and did not receive the scatter cushions we were promised. The manager has assured us that they have been ordered and we still have to see how that pans out. Further to this we said we were not happy with the lounge suite and the new manager promised us that the 'assessor' will phone us on Monday 16th and arrange to come and look at it. We are still waiting for this call and I think in general the after sales service from this branch has been very poor.
