I am absolutely horrified at Coricraft. Initially the service I received when purchasing the lounge suite was excellent. However 4 months on, the material on all of the chairs in various places (not just the seats), is bobbling & threads are pulling through? I live alone & have no pets. I went into the store to complain & was asked to bring in an assortment of slip covers so that they could be sent to CPT for analysis, which I was told would take between 4-5 working days. 2.5 weeks later, after me phoning the branch to follow up for the past 2 days to find out the result. The manager finally called me today but only to advise that the material had been tested by 4 different departments but 'nothing is wrong with the material, it must be the nature of the fabric' (as I chose linen) - well if this is the case then why is linen an option at Coricraft? One does not expect to pay R16000.00 for a lounge suite that will unravel / bobble and pull within 4 months? I am absolutely livid! I told the manager that I am not happy and will not accept this. So the manager advised she will come & look at the suite next week Tues? Why? Am I lying about no pets?? I will take this further!
