I purchased a fridge in April and had problems as i was told it fell off the truck, the warehouse said they replaced the fridge. Well needless to say my fridge sounds like an Jumbo jet when the compressor kicks in. I phoned the Game call centre yesterday and was told the manager of Game Southgate will contact me regarding my complaint. I have heard nothing, This is bad service as i have spent a vast amount of money on a new fridge. I do not know if the fridge i have is the one that fell off the truck. I want this sorted out or this matter will be taken further. Game service is always slow and atrocious. either a new fridge will be delivered or i want my money back and i will go spend it at a retailer that does care.
