Still waiting for feedback on incorrect delivery

Last weekend Saturday I received my order and there was a mistake. I received duplicates of one game and one of my games were not there.

I informed the support line immediately and it has been more than a week with no details on when Dion will facilitate the exchange.

I also tried to call both Dion online support center and the complaints number all of which were busy. When will I receive my game???
