I visited a PEP store in Florida to pay my DStv account because Absa was off-line. I was dismayed by the service i received from one of the ladies at the store. The sheer disregard for my feelings was shocking. Her name is Lindy.
At first i provided an incorrect account number, she was so impatient and rude when alerting me that its not going through.
I kept calm and gave her another number, after checking on my phone. Needless to say, the transaction was a success however her attitude left a very bad taste in my mouth.
SHAME ON YOU LINDY!! i have heard stories about black-on-black women bad service but today I have experienced it first hand.
