Unautohorised purchases on my account

On 30/06 contacted by Richard Mothato from Headoffice informing me of unauthorised purchases on my account on 27/06 and 30/06 respectively. I have no duplicate card and no-one has authority to buy on my account, my card was in my possession. I was informed to report the matter within 24hrs at my nearest Edgars store. Went to Greenstone Mall (1/7) and was assisted by Bongeka to fill a dispute form. Was told my account will be put on hold until investigated and resolved. I have spoken to Linda (15/7), Thandi (19/7) from dept which was very rude, Mzwakhe (1/8), Thembi (9/8) and finally landed with Buyie (17/8). All purchases made unauthorised was not reversed as indicated on dispute form. I have received sms informing me to urgently pay in order to maintain good credit record, sms to inform overdue account to pay to maintain positive payment history as well as emails informing me of huge payments due on purchases which was not mine. I have been treated very unfairly. This problem now ongoing from 1/7/13 and still not resolved. I was told by Edgars staff how easy it was to give a client's information over to a friend to conduct purchases without authority.
