I took my Casio watch to the East London "dealer", it has taken The Watch Battery 3 months to order and fix a R35 . I had to phone constantly to get updates and status on the watch, eventually after just short of telling them to cancel the order, I get hold the manager/owner and the watch is sorted out.
Not only was the quality of service shocking but they didn't even bother to clean the watch or give me discount for the shoddy lack of service. Poor show!
