Broken Casio G-shock watch. (Still in guarantee)

I bought a new casio G-shock watch in December 2012. Two months after (03-02-2013) I bought the watch it broke and i took it back to the supplier Mark 'E' Jewellers. They did not have the same model to replace so I paid in money for basically the same watch that was a different colour and model. On the 07 June 2013 the new watch also just went dead so I took it back to the supplier. They said they will have to send it away to see what the problem was. Since this day I had no feedback from them. I have been to the jewellers store twice now and all they tell me is that they will phone me. I received no phone call since this day, and also the watch and customer service is of poor quality. When I bought the watch I was advised it was a very good watch as most rig workers also use the G-shock offshore. I'm should say im quite disappointed. Hope to see results. Regards Lohan wolmarans.
