After submitting my original complaint, Whirlpool quickly contacted me and the landlord. Extremely long story short they managed to send a technician out to the landlord's premises and said "use a laundry bag".
Seriously? A laundry bag for delicates I can understand... BUT for t-shirts?
As explained, the machine isn't faulty - but the design is! I am sure there are many people who suffered the same incident I did?
This doesn't resolve my problem... I still lost clothes which can be 'repaired'.
