I have a townhouse that I rent and would like to have recarpeted. I did request that my managing agent arrange for the quotes. She happened to arrange the quotes from House & Home at Feastival Mall. I received a quote but after checking out the carpet at Eastgate House and Home I was not happy with the quality. I then requested another quote on carpet I preferred. I received a new quote and this time it included under-felt which was not included in the original quote and in result the quote was much higher. I later received another quote from Nkosi saying the carpet was on special, later I discovered he had miss quoted me. I then decided to deal with the Eastgate branch. When I arrived at Eastgate branch there was no one in the carpet division to assist me. I later returned and asked Dudu to take over the job from Noksi because I was not having any joy. I showed Dudu the quote number and she did try and get the details from Noksi with no joy. A week later I have not heard from Dudu and when I phoned House & Home (Eastgate) a few minutes ago I was told they were not sure whether she was at work. They transferred me to the carpet division & the phone was put down on me.
