We wanted a quote for carpets and laminate floors. The appointment was for 10h00 but, she arrived 45 minutes late. She was in a hurry and tried to rush the appointment. She did give a quote for the carpet but, promised to send a quote for the laminate flooring the following morning (15 February). We are still waiting for it. So because of House & Home's incompetent staff, we shall go elsewhere in future where we will find professional and competent service for which your staff needs training.
