Around July last year, I purchased a Massai, room sized carpet from the Centurion branch. It looked good quality, and according to the salesman, it is. The problem is the bristles. It is such that it cannot be vacuumed. So it needs to be taken in for cleaning every few months, as brooming is not sufficient. So far it cost me more to clean it, than what the carpet itself cost. Not very practical.
