The service and attitude of staff at Pick 'n Pay's Hyper in Faerie Glen must be at an all-time low and staff seem quite de-motivated. The buck gets passed to policy makers at their head office about why queues are so long and so little staff available at the cash-out tills. It's sad to see how a once vibrant shop is now a place to avoid at all costs.
