I really need to compliment Patrick working at Clicks Northcliff corner. He is always helpful when I need advise or try and resolve issues with my medical aid on my chronic medicine. Today, I faxed through the repeat script for my medicine and within 10 minutes I got a call and a sms indicating that my medicine is ready!! THAT is what I call GOOD service.
