We went into the Cresta branch after having bad service from the Fourways branch and we were greeted with such great service from Chantel. We knew exactly which couch we wanted but had no idea about fabric choice and treatments etc. Chantel told us everything we needed to know, demonstrated the treatment effects as well as answered any questions. We were told that the couches would be delivered in 4-6 weeks, they arrived (on the well organized appointment date and time) 3 weeks early! When we needed dining room chairs we went straight back to Cresta. When I wanted to place the order via online/email I contacted Darren and stated that the order must be done with Chantel as she was fantastic and he was more than happy to help us with this. When chatting to Darren on the phone he to was friendly and helpful. After previous bad service from other branches it was so lovely to find a branch who cared and knew their products and client. SO pleased!!! THANK YOU CHANTEL AND DARREN!!! WHAT A PLEASURE
