It has now been 15 DAYS since we bough the Wii U's online, and we still do not have them. After numerous phone calls, and Hellopeter complaints, the matter is still not resolved. Again, on the 24th, I sent CNA an email, outlining what happened, CNA has not replied or even phoned me regarding the matter. In the email it is clear that the problem on CNA's side. not OURS. We want the product which we ordered.By lying to your customers, and making empty promises, does not help ONE bit.
