WATER STORM DAMAGE CLAIM

To say that I am angry about the manner Standard Bank is hadling my matter is an understatement. Standard Bank is unprofessional, dishonest and totally unreliable. Since last year I have been trying to get them to executve their end of the bargain on my claim and all I only get from them is empty promises and NO ACTION. Samantha Ramisur and her team are only interested in protecting Standard Bank image and reputation. They do this by always jumping to respond with emails from the Hellopeter.com complaints knowing fully well that after that communication they will do nothing to resolve the matter. They also claim that all their telephone calls to their call centre are recorded and I strongly suggest they listen to those tapes to hear themselves lying to their teeth. Yes, it feels and looks like this is the end of the road for me, having raised my matter with Hellopeter.com and not been successful. I now intent to take my fight for my customer rights with Standard Bank to the Ombudsman. Standard Bank is a big institution in this country but cannot and should not be allowed to throw their weight around and get away to renege on their obligations.
