On the the 5th their lines went down and after hours of sending emails and about 30 phone calls to their different emergency numbers I got through and they told me they are working on it and will get back to me. Again after numerous phone calls during the day I eventually got through just to hear the same story again. The never called me back and to date have still not replied to my support email. They were down for 10 hours and eventually when the link came up there was still no reply to email or telephone calls. Now, three days later and my services have not been restored. I pay this account up front every month but don't have the services. Numerous promises by Martie, Elizma, Junaid, Kashief and Pieter came to nothing. I received one reply to my second support email and thereafter nothing. I am dependent on my services being restored so I may earn an income. Three days down and counting. I believe this company does not have proper technical skills, poor equipment and poor infrastructure. The word customer service is unknown there as they don't even have the basic skill of updating clients. Empty about getting back to you and resolving your problem is all you get from them.
