Grahams appliances have had my LG dishwasher for 3 weeks now! It took them a week to actually look at my machine to find the problem and give me a quote and then they ordered the part 2 weeks ago on the 13 June 2013. They told me then that it would take 3 days to get the part from LG in JHB. Its now been 2 weeks and they still do not have the part! They have no excuse except "we havnt received the part from JHB yet". They cant even apologise or give me an indication as how much longer it will take. I find their customer service disgusting, as I have been phoning them for feedback and progress. Their service and delivery times are ridiculous!
I will never be using this company again! I am now going to go buy a new dishwasher!
