After numerous phone calls to the call centre regarding a poor 3G signal at my business in Balfour Mpumulanga, the problem was not yet dealt with by Vodacom.

A certain Alan from their network department did in fact contact me regarding the matter a couple of times, everytime apologising for their lack of service and everytime making promises that they will rectify the matter.

Then a guy phoned and told me that he will be in our area to the problem on August 14th. I cancelled all my appointments to ensure that I would be present when he arrived. I am still waiting...

Afterwards, Alan again phoned me, again apologising most sincerely, again telling me that he will take up the matter and yet again - you guessed it - nothing happened.

I have had enough now and since my business is (trying to) providing an internet/e-mail service for my customers I am now losing money and business due to Vodacom's unwilligness or incapability to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately ADSL is not yet available in Balfour, hence we need to rely on 3G for decent internet service. But seems like it will not be supplied by Vodacom.
