Hello, my dishwasher broke i new what the fault was and removed the fault part "function selector" and made note of model of dishwasher "KD12MM", took this to local service agent for Kelvinator in Port Elizabeth which is TTS Services. Charlene the parts department head said she would order the part for me by contacting head office via email and would take two days to respond which was long but she had a reason i guess? So two days later i phoned her and she had no response from Kelvinator head office, this continued for a week... mmm..., so i proceeded to phone Kelvinator head office myself and was told that they have no request from TTS or Charlene and it would take three days to deliver said part to me through TTS. Well its now three weeks and i am still waiting Kelvinator and TTS and Charlene... Really why do we even buy these products if you can't get decent after sales service or is it cause i won't pay the R400 call-out fee that you won't give me the part.
