I am so frustrated and angered about Hi-Fi Corp N1 city. I purchased an LG 50'inch TV from them about 2 years ago. The salesman then sells me the most incredible value for money of an extended warranty. So it has actually come down to me having to make use of this warranty and in NO WAY HAS THE BENEFITTED ME what so ever. it says repairs to be done within 7 - 21 working days. They removed this from my home on the 31st May 2013 they are still awaiting the replacement part 20 working days later. No ETA on when the repair is going to be done. In the very beginiing I asked Clementia if I could get a replacement tv in the meantime, to no surprice she said NO, they do not do that, now they are breaching their warranty perio all of a sudden I can get one. FOUR WEEKS LATER??? They gave me the wrong booking documents twice in a row, the driver who picked up the tv had no paperwork with him this has been a nightmare. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A!!! All they do is take your money and HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO REPAIR it.
