Extended Warranty claims can take up to 30 days

Everywhere in store they tell you warranty repairs take a max of 21 Days. The person who sold me the extended warranty even told me this... but guess what... extended warranties can take up to 30 days!

There's no mention of this anywhere... so I'm logging this complaint to tell everyone their "lying by omission".

Please put change your signage to include this important clause!
