BAD SERVICE TO NEW CUSTOMER

I have had endless hassles with your Internet site and you phone the call centre and receive absolutely no assistance. I placed an order on 21 June 2013, wasn't able to use my work address as a delivery address cos according to your system it doesn't exist so I used a friend's home address since his mother is home all day. I placed my order and received an email confirming my order no 30015648. I tried to log in today to see how far my order is and couldn't. I called the call centre to find out what is going on, had to phone back 3 times before getting any assistance and apparently my order has been cancelled because my delivery address is. You guys didn't once say there was a problem with my delivery address and neither did you contact me to say my order has been cancelled. NICE ONE!!! You guys sure know how to treat new customers professionally, clearly you don't need new customers. Looking at all the complaints against your guys here, clearly your guys get more wrong than right. Definitely put off from ever buying from Home Choice. There are plenty of other places one can buy from and receive way better customer service.
