I placed an order for delivery at 10:45am, after 50 minutes i have received a "please call me" from the delivery guy, asking again for the address, after spelling it to him 5 times, he went back to steers, where from they have phoned me again to confirm the address which i have gave them at time of the order was placed. 15 minutes later the delivery guy arrived with the wrong order but with the right slip, send it back and phoned the steers branch in rustenburg to speak to the manager, got no response from him, after 10 minute with no intension to solve the problem, i cancelled the order, worst experience ever.
