I am very disappointed with game as it is one of my favorite stores especially with electronics. Thursday afternoon we went to Game stores as we heard above their 30% off all/some Goods that were on display, My Husband & I went and chose a washing machine only to wait about 15 minutes for them to write a DCP or whatever they call it, so that they can clear it as 30% at the counter. we had to wait 15mins coz Jozie said that he's tired and he cant help people coz he wants to go on lunch. so after moaning he helped us, only coz Paul (hard worker) ran around getting him to write us that pricing. & then we wanted to buy something else again, we then went to Jozie to help us with the 30% pricing he just looked at us as if we were never there, continued helping other people that seemed to know him personally & that came after us. and when it was our turn he said he had to go to the till and off he went left us there. I was in total shock that we had been there for an hour long only for pricing, Game Northgate is a Big store and I feel that they should have more people especially when they have a discount sale. Thanks to Paul & Christina that ran up & down and got us those pricing.
