An account was paid up in May 2011 and i obtained a slip that showed that i have a credit balance of R3 after paying: just now i receive an SMS from their collectioon company which is says i must call them i qualify for a 50% discount when i call the company they do not know how the fees accumulated. may be it was a card protection fee and i never had that with my accounts. I cant be paying over R700 for an account that had a credit balance when i last payed it.
