I have a credit card for some time now and was under the impression that it was a good thing to be linked with this organisation. I had never used this card and only kept it for points. I was paying monthly charges on this account. I was also on credit balances on a few occasions.( which means nothing) In July I was out of the country and last month when I returned this company reported to mytransunion for R374.41 outstanding. I did not receive any communication from them. I only have a July statement. I called Mellissa and she like Woolworths was unhelpful. Please be aware that they wont warn you (They don't care about your future) and you will have a poor credit record for 24 Months. This is how you are treated as a " Customer". I have shared a showed a few hundred people in my church the proof of how we are treated at Woolworths and they like me will Never shop at Woolworths again. I have closed my account for GOOD!!!
