1 YEAR LATER AND STILL NOT SORTED!!!

Just over a year ago to bought a GPS, TV and blueray player from Dion wired Nicol-way Center on their Opening Weekend. I have been paying by cash for a bout 3 months and then Started paying by card.
on the 15th of October 2012 i went for an account balance as i still did not receive any by mail. My balance was at R-2348.24. I then asked them if this is correct and the accounts in the store said yes. Mmathabo then wrote on the back on the balance slip that i must contact RCS group for the money to be paid into my account. When i emailed [Email Removed] they quickly replied stating that my card was swapped with someone else's card. So i have been making payments into someone else's account and vice versa. My details are on the slip, NOT someone else's. So after a few months and after a load of emails they finally gave me my account statement, reflecting only 1 payment of R500. So after all the emails and a nice letter from their Lawyer for not paying "someone else's" account Im still where ive been.
I WILL NEVER SUPPORT ANY COMPANY INVOLVED IN THIS, FROM ANY EMAILS RECEIVED. Dion wired can come and pick up the 3 items purchased i refund me. I will cut my losses.
