Yesterday I went to spar katlehong as I normally go there to buy bread, and everyday when I go there I always carry my bag full of my toiletries nd other items. They didn't have any problems in leaving the whole bag in the parcel counter before the only things I take out is my purse and my phone. But to my suprise yesterday when I go there the parcel counter assistant told me they no longer allow bags into the counter and I should take out the items inside my bag one by one, how's is dat possible to take out my toiletries, and other things which I dnt want to mention one by one so dat everyone can see what's inside my bag, and this bag its not a hand bag is a big bag. And my knowledge tells me that u cannot go inside the shop carrying a big bag. Wht annoyed me more is dat after paying @ the tills when I go to the door the security told me she wants to search my bag "why are they searching my bag bcos they didn't allow it in the parcel counter. I had a very bad service @spa
