On the 6th of June 2013 I wrote a report about continuous bas service at the Pick 'n Pay in Hillcrest. I was contacted by the manager shortly afterwards.
He gave me a whole speech about how he agrees that bad service should not be tolerated and he promises to change and improve his store. Well its three weeks later and I still continuously endure the worst shopping experiences of my life.
The tills are still understaffed. You have to wait in long queues to give the store your money. There's never anyone to help at the cold meats section. I have to go find someone to help every time. Once you eventually manage to get some service their attitudes leave MUCH to be desired.
Today I waited in the queue for nearly 10 minutes only for the teller to tell me she's closing and I must go stand in another long queue.
