I got mugged inside the shop while busy doing shopping, my wallet which was inside the food basket got due to my negligence as well and when i noticed i informed the supervisor Mrs Lalyain Abrahams to check the CCTV Footage as they are equiped with one and she took me upstairs to their control room where the cameras pc are situated it was a small room with no one to monitor it 24/7 in such a big store. The lady was unable to operate the footage and she called their IT specialist who instructed her what to do and she failed. She then told me to leave and come back the next day as the IT guy will be around and she promised to call me to keep me posted.she did not do that after 2 days i went back to the shop to check if they did find the culprit who my purse. she then told me that the footage had been deleted in error and there is nothing they can do. i advise everyone to be careful in tha shop as they only care about making money and heavy security at the door to only check cash slips to avoid people from them.as for the clients safety is nothing major done.
