I have a Woolworths account. As soon as I opened the account I received a temporary (piece of paper), store card that was valid for a month or so while I waited for my Store Card. It is now almost 2 years later and I have still not received my Store Card. I have phoned, sent email, been into the store itself without any luck.
My most recent attempt was sending an email to the financial services/ store card division which was read by somebody at that division but they didn't bother to respond.
