New account application, no card

I applied for a new woolworths store card weeks ago online, and got a calls saying I was approved for a new account and my card will be sent to my nearest store and I will get a call once it arrived, but I never did, so please close the account and cancel the card that I still have not received, as I no longer have interest in a account with woolworths if this is the type of service that you will receive.
