Received sms on 11/02/2013 that I can pick up my credit card at closest Woolies store. When I get to the store on 17/02/2013 the card is not there. According to the lady who helped me the card was sent back, and after she phoned several individuals, no one could tell her why. I now have to wait another week for the new card to be sent.
Why did they not just let me know that the card has been sent back and that I should not waste my precious weekend time on this? Of course there were no delays in them mailing me the statement for the sign up fees...
