We purchased two dual flush toilets from Tiletoria about 5 years ago. Recently one of them developed a problem in that once flushed, it wouldn't stop the water running. Plumbers couldn't help me fix this as no one seemed to know where to get the parts. Eventually I ended back at Tiletoria with the hope that they could just tell me where to buy the part. Spoke to Monique, who went way beyond what was expected (as these loos are no longer under guarantee). She sorted my problem out, finding the parts for me and making sure it all worked. Will definitely return when I am shopping for bathroom fittings again. Thanks Monique.
