Plumbing parts needed

I acquired a dd LG fridge with water and ice dispenser. I was told that i would need to connect the water line.By the way, the fridge works fine. My gripe is that I am having difficulty in acquiring the plumbing parts to connect the water line. I have received the water line ordered from xecutronics minus the t/piece reducer. I have heard from an installer that the fridge should have came with fittings to connect the fridge, which was not in the box when opened. The only item in the box was a spanner and papers.
What now. Tired of running around looking for parts that NO-ONE stocks.
