Wrote to hello peter as my claim was taking longer than expected, Monique phoned me back the same day and I must say the whole claim and payment was resolved within the 3 days time frame that she gave me.
This is how I know MiWay and I am glad to say that my faith has been restored in MiWay thanks to Monique.
About Sicelo that was actually dealing with the claim all I can say is I hope I never have to deal with him ever again as his attitude towards clients is just don't care attitude.
