After putting a compliant on Hello Peter a few weeks ago, the next working day I received a call from Monique and her team from Nedbank, requiring all the information from me of what had happened with my deposit that was owing to me.

I gladly gave Monique's team the information. I was contacted on a regular basis on the progress of what was happening, and with the Help of Monique, my deposit was paid into my account within a couple of days.
