On the 12th June 2013 I called the callcentre to have my econdary card blocked. As the calls are recorded the callcentre agent agreed that the card would be blocked and no purchases would be made from this card. On the 21st June 2013 a purchase of R599 was put through this account at the Pavillion branch. I had stopped this card. Under no circumstances should a purchase be put through even if it was purchased with an ID document.
I will not be standing responsible for this purchase.
