My phone went missing

I visited pick n pay chilli lane on Saturday around 3. i purchased only one item. upon getting ready to pay i had laid my phone on the till counter. I admit that it is my mistake but i do not live in the area therefore could not return immediately to the store to check if my phone was still there. I attempted to google the stores number and all numbers placed on the web are incorrect. This is unacceptable, i am sure my phone is long gone by now and i feel that if i could have made contact with the store that my phone would have been found! Fix your phone and stop disappointing your customers. One week we get overcharged for items at the till and the next we cannot even contact the store to assist us with a simple query. come on guys
